Matt Tucker brings expertise in human-centered design, open innovation, and digital transformation to the Subculture network. He is a Master’s Fellow in the inaugural cohort of MIT’s Integrated Design & Management program, which combines intense practice in the human-centered design process with rigorous MIT coursework in management and engineering. He has advised multiple firms in the process of designing and launching open innovation platforms for their exploratory business efforts. Previously, he was a founding member of Harvard Business School’s Digital Initiative, an effort to study the digital transformation of firms and industries and build a community of digital transformation leaders across industry and the academy. He piloted the School’s open innovation program, including running a challenge with Professor Clayton Christensen and his team, and shaped the Initiative’s digital transformation content and engagement strategies across multiple communication channels and events.
